  • 90% Confidence Interval = xbar ± 1.645(s/√n)
  • 95% Confidence Interval = xbar ± 1.96(s/√n)
  • 99% Confidence Interval = xbar ± 2.58(s/√n)

xbar = arithmetic mean

s = standard deviation

n = sample size
